Our property portfolio contains 2 million square metres of factory, storage and office space.
With 269 sites in 38 countries, the Rolls-Royce property portfolio amounts to around two million square metres of factory, storage and office space. All of which is managed by Group Property. We’re divided into three global regions – Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific – and work closely with supply chain specialists across all three. Together we provide intelligent, cost-effective and consistent advice and management, delivering property transactions, construction project management and facilities management on all Rolls-Royce wholly owned or leased property.
