Our culture promotes continuous personal and professional development. In 2010 alone, over 34,000 Rolls-Royce employees, from 55 countries, notched up 94,439 hours of training between them. Most of this took place online, where we provide over 2,400 learning solutions covering everything from health, diversity and ethics, to safety and the environment and corporate and management responsibility.
